Exceed shelving is a complete modular answer to storage problems in the workplace. With its ability to be completely customised it will suit any workplace application. It begins with side frames, which are able to be covered on the sides and the back through SIDE or BACK WALLS, and are then built on with any number of options depending on the requirement (drawers, adjustable shelves, sliding doors etc.). The Exceed shelf system is also able to be fastened to the ground
or wall depending on state regulations.
Exceed Storage System
Side Frames
Manufactured from a steel profile with side holes (slots) for the attachment of optional items (shelves, drawers etc). the uprights are connected through a welded cross-bar.
Side Frame Covers
Made from sheet steel, the side frame covers close in the side frames creating a closed, cupboard-like space.
Back Walls
Made from sheet steel, the back wall sectioris assemble on the back edge of the side frames completing the closed cupboard space.
Connecting Shelves
These connect the side frames together and help to provide rigidity to the
cupboard space.
Shelves for Locking Mechanism
Connect the top and bottom of a shelf unit with drawers -they are delivered as a pairan upper shelf for lock insertion and a base for housing the closing bar.
Locking Mechanism
Complete locking mechanism for drawers in the shelf units, quipped with an anti-tilt locking bar (only allows 1 drawer to open at any one time) and the key lock with keys.
Fixed Shelve
Adjustable shelves – fasten to the side frames through shelf clips – available with slotted holes for dividers – shelves come with shelf clips as standard

Shelf dividers – insert into slotted shelves, steel sheet construction
Shelf Joining Piece
Creates an un-interrupted surface between shelf units
Top Unit Joining Piece
Creates an un-interrupted surface between shelf units
Shelf Side Panel
Used to prevent items, falling.off shelves – also separates one shelf
unit : from another if required.
Roller Shutter
PVC Shutter, vertical sliding, lockable, provides security and dust protection for items on shelves.
Shelf Side Panel
PVC strip curtains to protect goods from dust

Ensures rigidity of structure
Sliding Doors
Made from sheet steel, consists of a perimeter frame with sliding doors rolling on bearings. 2 doors only- includes a lock
Swing Doors
Made from sheet steel, consists of a perimeter frame with the option of either one or two doors. Includes lock.
Corner Finishing Profiles
Made from folded sheet steel, to assemble on the side upright of the shelf unit – ensures an un-interrupted panel finish. Available as LH and RH side pieces.
