The Platform

One Bench Platform. Multiple Configurations.

You’re not choosing a fixed product — you’re building a system. Every Industrial Workbench starts from the same engineered leg frame, then configures around the workflow it serves.

One Engineered Frame

Every Industrial Workbench is built on the same welded steel leg platform — standardised mounting points, load-rated to 500kg UDL, with consistent geometry across every width and depth.

Configurable Tops & Storage

Six worktop materials, integrated drawer cabinets, undershelves and cupboards. Specify the surface and storage that match the workflow without changing the underlying frame.

Workflow Accessories That Click In

Backboards, tool rails, lighting, power, air, monitor arms and ESD grounding all share the same fixing system. Add, swap or expand without rebuilding the bench.

The Common Leg

One Leg. Every Bench.

Every bench in the Industrial range is built from the same engineered steel leg — a multi-hole, bolted upright with adjustable foot, integrated cross-rail mounting and a consistent accessory pitch. This is the foundation that makes the whole platform modular.

Heavy-gauge folded steel upright, powder coated

Pre-punched accessory holes on a consistent pitch — drawers, shelves, backboards all line up

Adjustable foot for levelling on uneven workshop floors

Bolted cross-rail system — no welding required to reconfigure

Identical leg across every worktop, every width, every series

Step 1 — Choose Your Worktop

Six Worktop Materials. One Frame.

The worktop is the first major configuration decision. Each material is engineered for specific environments — choose the one that matches the work, not the other way around.

Laminated Hardwood

General workshop and assembly. Excellent impact absorption for hand-fitting and protects delicate components. Industries: mining maintenance, general fabrication, training.

Stainless Steel

Food, washdown and corrosive environments. Hygienic, easy to sanitise, with fully welded corners as standard. Industries: food processing, laboratory, pharmaceutical.

Anti-Static Laminate (ESD)

Electronics and technical assembly. 33mm top with a tight formed front edge and dissipative surface that protects sensitive components — integrates with full ESD grounding kit. Industries: defence electronics, avionics, EV battery.

Heavy Duty Steel

High-impact industrial environments. Laser-cut steel plate with radius corners — ready for hammering, pressing and heavy fitting. Available in raw oiled or powder-coated finish. Industries: heavy maintenance, rail, mining workshops.

Galvanised Steel

Corrosion resistance for harsh and outdoor-adjacent environments. Industries: marine, wash bays, chemical handling, mine-site workshops.

Wet-Edge Stainless

Stainless top with raised perimeter edges to contain spills and runoff. Ideal for benches handling fuel, hydraulics, oils or coolants. Industries: fuel & hydraulics servicing, mining maintenance, defence vehicle workshops.

Why Standardisation Matters

Why The Common Leg Matters

Mining and defence procurement teams specify standardised platforms for a reason — single spec, single spare parts list, single training programme across every site.

Consistent Layouts

Every bench in your workshop uses the same geometry — operators move between stations without retraining.

Interchangeable Accessories

Backboards, drawers and rails fit any bench in the fleet. Reconfigure a bay in an afternoon, not a shutdown.

Future Expansion

Add tops, storage or utilities years after install without replacing the frame. The platform grows with the workshop.

Replacement Simplicity

Worn tops bolt off and replacements bolt on. No welding, no downtime, no full bench replacement.

Workshop Standardisation

Mining and defence procurement teams specify one platform across multiple sites — single spec, single spare parts list.

Easier Maintenance

Levelling feet, fixings and accessory mounts are common across the range. One toolkit services the entire fleet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Every Industrial Workbench frame is engineered to accept any of the six worktop materials. You can also swap the top later without replacing the frame.

The Industrial Workbench platform is rated to 500kg UDL across the standard frame, suitable for general workshop, assembly, maintenance and fitting work.

Yes. Backboards, tool rails, drawer cabinets, lighting and power rails all share the same fixing system across the Industrial Workbench range. This is the core benefit of the common-frame platform.

Yes. We integrate GPO/USB power rails, compressed air outlets, data drops and ESD grounding directly into the frame and backboard. All wiring is run in compliant ducting.

Four to six weeks for standard configurations. Custom builds may require additional time depending on specification.

Limited lifetime warranty on the steel frame, fabricated by our NSW team.
