Actiwork Designed and delivered a turn-key fit-out to Glencore at Glendell to help with the efficient and safe maintenance of the mines heavy machinery.
Through strong collaboration and understanding of the mining industry, Actiwork delivered a heavy-duty mine-spec solution to the mine. From wheel chocks to tooling lockers and bath lockers, Actiwork provided a full service to Glendell, ensuring longevity of the products and quality of service.
The scope included:
- Manufacturing of galvanised bathhouse lockers for personal clothing storage.
- Misc and specialist tooling storage, including shift lockers and shadow boards. Actiwork also manufactured the mesh tool stores, improving tool security and breakdown efficiency.
- Provision of Safety signage and miscellaneous safety focused products.
- Design and manufacturing of custom Access systems to suit CAT 789’s along with light vehicles and D10s and D11s.
- A full critical parts and consumables store was setup using Actiwork premium drawer units, the 200kg rating and lifetime warranty providing the system Glencore needed to extract coal as efficiently as possible.
